Niederwerbig wind farm is a wind farm in Germany with a capacity of 24 MW, commissioned in 2021. It is operating and is owned by Windpark GmbH & Co. Niederwerbig KG.
In 2024 it settled 35.6 GWh of electricity, a load factor of 16.9%. Part of that volume was sold outside EEG support, so it is partly merchant.
Its EEG support runs to the end of 2036, with later phases to 2041, after which that output is sold at market prices.
This asset produced at 16.9% of nameplate in 2024 — the 17th percentile of German wind commissioned 2020 or later (140 assets with metered output).
